Making
A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier.
Just browse our site and add any items that you wish to buy
to your shopping cart. When you have made your selection(s),
click on "Order", You will then be asked for the details
that
we'll need to fulfill your order.
We accept
Visa/Electron , Mastercard, American Express, Solo,
and Delta card payments online via Paypal. Alternatively you may
send your credit card information via phone, fax or snail mail.
Shipping And Handling We charge a simple one off delivery
and handling charge of £20.00 anywhere in the UK mainland.
Shipping to Ireland incurs a £15 surcharge. International
orders
are quoted individually so please ask before you order.
We ship to the rest of the world regularly at competitive rates.
Delivery
Schedule We process your order right away.
We will normally send your order to you in 3-4 business days .
International orders are generally received in under 10 days.
there will be a surcharge for international deliveries.
Back Orders
All items are stock and will not be available online
if they are sold.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union,
17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free - click the
' exempt' button to remove the VAT element from the cost.

and are completely secure.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products
come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee. If you are unhappy
with your product for any reason - simply return it to us
and we will arrange a full refund on the value of the item
(note : we do not refund delivery costs), or in the case of items
that arrive damaged, we will replace the item. You are
responsible for returning the item to us safely. If it is damaged
when it arrives with us you will be responsible for the repair
costs
so we suggest you use an insured delivery service. If you have

buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this
site
to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once
you have selected an item.
Returns
Policy Alain Rouveure Galleries offers a no-quibble
returns policy. If within 7 days of receiving your art you are
dissatisfied in any way you can return the item to us for a
full refund of the item price. If you wish to exchange the item,
you will simply pay the new outgoing delivery cost. We do not
refund delivery costs and it is your responsibility to return
the item
to us in perfect condition. If the art arrives damaged you must
inform us by email - within 24hours of signing for it and we will
arrange a replacement as soon as possible at our cost.
If you fail to contact us within these timescales then no
replacements can be given free of charge. We cannot make any exchanges
or refunds after the 7 day no-quibble period.
