Alain
Rouveure Tribal Art Tribal
art, different from the tourist's souvenirs, represents
different cultures
and people. Alain
Rouveure regularly brings back weird and wonderful
artifacts gathered from
different parts of the Himalayas.
There are dancers' masks, carved wooden
panels and doors from
remote areas, stone and wood carvings, old wooden spice
and
beer containers to name but a few...Many of these are old. 
Alain
Rouveure also brings back some painted funiture from
Northern Nepal and Tibet
and has designed a range of decorative accessories for the home using traditional
methods adapted
for the modern age.
